Food delivery is a very sensitive and delicate type of delivery service and we take it very seriously. This means only dispatch riders whose forte is meal delivery would be located in your search once you select meal as your delivery item.

All other options and more are available on the Darum App.

SEE PRICE ESTIMATE
Darum allows you to see price estimate upfront before booking. Which means you have an idea of the amount you'll be paying before requesting for dispatch.

TRACKING PACKAGES
This is a very interesting part of the Darum App. It allows you to track your pack in realtime. Once you have an active delivery, you can share the tracking code of that delivery with your receiver /sender for them to also track the dispatch on the Darum App. This is aimed at helping you create informed decisions, while expecting your parcel.

Once your parcel is picked up, the rider cannot cancel your order until your order is delivered. In the case where you feel any type of distress, you can call our customer service, we will investigate your order and if need be, we will cancel and re-route that order within the shortest time possible.

RATE YOUR RIDER
You obtain the possibility to rate any dispatch rider. This is aimed at helping our business partners to train or retrain the dispatch riders in the right direction. We also wish the dispatch riders to discharge their duties in a very ethical and polite manner.
